New Work Boots

On Monday, I found out that I get to go on a site visit to one of the jobs that I've been working on!  Unfortunately, I discovered shortly thereafter that I left my steel toe boots in Sherman.  So I had to go out and buy new ones.

I ended up with these...They are Justin's Women's Work Boots.  I am hoping that I will get more use out of them than just wearing them a couple times when I go out on job sites...(which isn't very often).  Since it's always been my dream to be Lara Croft for Halloween, I was hoping to kill two birds with one stone and get some steel toe Lara Croft boots, but all the ones I saw that were even close to the look I wanted were way too expensive.  So I just got these.  Maybe I'll be able to find some cheaper Lara Croft boots sometime...

The Justin's I ended up getting were about $100 after tax.

It would be nice if my work reimbursed for work boots.
