Day 3...

Well, the first couple days of the Yeast Free diet have been pretty good!  Here's a little sample of what I've been eating:

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Sausage

Lunch: Mixed Greens, Boar's Head Chicken Lunch Meat, Carrots, Almonds

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash, Meatballs, Spaghetti Sauce
Snack: Deviled Eggs made with Vegenaise, Mustard Powder, Erythritol, Paprika

And of course, I've been drinking at least 64 ounces of H2O each day...and boy can I tell a difference...(I've got to pee like once every hour...)
