Lunch: Mixed Greens, Boar's Head Chicken Lunch Meat, Carrots, Almonds |
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash, Meatballs, Spaghetti Sauce |
Snack: Deviled Eggs made with Vegenaise, Mustard Powder, Erythritol, Paprika |
And of course, I've been drinking at least 64 ounces of H2O each day...and boy can I tell a difference...(I've got to pee like once every hour...)
