I'm taking a drive to Sherman this weekend in my new car! Me, Cody, and some friends of ours are going to a Celtic Women concert on Saturday! I'm really excited about it. I've been watching some of their videos on YouTube.

This song makes me tear up every time I hear it! We used to play it in band every year at the last concert when I was in high school, and my senior year I got to play the horn solo. The Celtic Woman do a fantastic job on this song.

And now I have to say something. I know I've said this before, but I'm going to say it again, probably not for the last time.
Long distance relationships are stupid.
It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't hear that Cody is going to hang out with Micah, or worse, Micah's voice in the background, EVERY SINGLE TIME I TALK TO HIM ON THE PHONE.
It's just annoying. Literally every conversation I have with Cody, Micah is mentioned at least once, and most of the time, we usually even get interrupted because Micah has to get a hold of Cody just when we are beginning to have a good conversation.
But, the good news is that my wedding dress FINALLY came in this week, so I get to go pick it up on Saturday! I'm just that much closer to the wedding and having Cody all to myself here in Houston for a while (without Micah).
Cody needs to be making some time for you and just you. Shame on him.
ReplyDeleteI get mad at him about this too... I never see him when we're both home and after I'm gone for the next 6 weeks, he'll only be here for about another month then he's a married man! So it's nice to have him just around the house sometimes!

ReplyDeleteat least hes hanging out with Micah and not some hot chicks....i mean how can you be jealous over Micah...cody didnt buy him an engagement ring LOL he will be all yours soon enough!
