Materials –

                Pie Pan

                Wax Paper

Ingredients –

                1 Cup Dates

                1 Cup Whole Strawberries

                Sliced Strawberries

                1 Banana

                1 Coconut

Crust –

Prepare Pie Pan by placing wax paper in the bottom of pan.  Place dates in a food processor and blend until a sticky paste forms.  Mush date paste into pie pan to form the crust.

Filling –

Blend together the strawberries, coconut, banana, and remainder date paste in a blender until creamy.  Pour filling into pie pan.  Top with sliced strawberries or other fresh fruit.  Place in freezer for approximately 1 hour or overnight before eating.
