Today, I'm thankful for girl-friends.

I spent the day with one of my good friends Dana, so I wanted to look nice and I really like the outfit I came up with.  I love this scarf!  It belonged to my grandmother, and whenever she passed, my mom let me pick out one of her scarves to have.  And actually, today was the first time I actually wore it.  I think it made the outfit.

Dana and I went to lunch at Freebirds, and then spent the afternoon shopping around some different thrift stores in Houston.  I found a red button up dress for $1.79!  It is a little long, and I haven't tried it on yet, but I think it will fit.  I'm planning on hemming it up to make it shorter and hopefully it will make a cute outfit someday if I can ever get around to it.

Well, time to go watch Harry Potter on ABC Family with my husband!
