(and so he can fix me breakfast :-P)
So, we both got up and went downstairs and did our morning quiet times with the Lord, and then I ran back upstairs to get ready.
When I come down, all ready to walk out the door, Cody is shoving a multi-vitamin in my face saying, "here, swallow this!!"
Just to let you in on a little secret, it wasn't until I was well into my junior-high years that I learned how to swallow a pill, and the ones that I do swallow are tiny compared to this gigantic one that Cody wants me to take.
Plus, multi-vitamins just stink in general. Like, they really smell bad! And they give you bad breath.
So anyway, Cody laughed at me after I choked (literally) this huge vitamin down my throat. And then he told me not to worry if I go to the bathroom later and notice that my pee is bright green.
Can we say EWW!??

I think I preferred it when he was still asleep as he walks me to the door in the mornings...
But, on the other side, we got a huuuuge watermelon the other day, and Cody put some in a container for me to take to work and he also fixed me a baggie of cereal to mix in with my yogurt this morning, so I guess that it works out.
:)
I love my husband!
Tell him how much you like fried eggs in bacon grease...
ReplyDeleteI do love a good egg fried in bacon grease...
ReplyDeleteMost vitamins and multi vitamins just go right through you. That's why your pee might be green. If you can see it coming out it didn't get absorbed into your body to do you any good. Only the expensive vitamins made from food really do you any good. So skip the pain and the vitamin next time and keep the watermelon and bagged cereal.
