Travel

Have any of you ever just gotten the travel bug?

I want to travel SO BAD.  I just feel like going somewhere new that I haven't been before!  Right now I think I'd like to see some more of the U.S.  First on my list is the Washington D.C. area on the East Coast.  There is so much of our nation's history there and I think it's sad that there are some Americans who have never been there, myself included.
How cool would it be to see this on the 4th of July?
It would be especially cool since I am sort of obsessed with secret agent shows like Alias, Covert Affairs, Nikita, the Borne Identity movies, etc. and I have always wanted to go and see places like the CIA headquarters and the White House.  Also, ever since I watched the National Treasure movies, I have wanted so much to go and see all the places where the key events in U.S. history occurred.

I would also like to see some more of New York.  I've been there once, but only for a couple days, and I want to go back!

Who wouldn't want to see a show??
I think it's awesome that so many movies get filmed there, and it has been a lifelong dream of mine to be a member of the audience for an episode of Regis and Kelly although, I thought I heard that Regis is going to leave soon...or has he already?  (Clearly, I haven't watched TV in a while...still waiting for AT&T to come install!!)

I got to briefly see this when I was in New York, but I want to see it up close!
Then, I think next on my list would be the West Coast.  I want to go to California, just to say that I went.  I want to see the Golden Gate Bridge.  I'd also like to go see the Hollywood sign and maybe happen to see a Kardashian sister out and about.  That is just about the only reality TV show that I actually enjoy watching.  Those girls are just hilarious!

Then, of course, there is Washington (home of the Twilight books....).

TWILIGHT!!!
And also Alaska, where my sister got to spend a whole summer and she teased me with pictures of mountains and lakes and pretty sights while I was in Texas.  In the 100+ degree weather.

And of course I don't want to leave out the central U.S. states!  Me and my sisters have yet to take our road trip to Roswell, New Mexico that we had planned so many years ago, back when I was still in Jr. High school!

I want to go to Las Vegas.

I want to go to Indiana to see where Cody's family lives.

I want to go to Georgia, Wyoming, Michigan, Montana...

I realize that not all of these places are in the Central US.

Basically, I want to see EVERYTHING that the U.S. has to offer.
