Blueberry Cobbler Continued...

So since we picked all those blueberries this morning (see my previous post), I went to the store and bought some flour, sugar, and butter so that I could make some cobbler!  My mom and dad always make the best cobbler, and the recipe is so simple so I just knew that I could do it.

All you need is 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 stick of margarine.  And of course you need your fruit, in this case BLUEBERRIES!!

Here is a taste of the finished product!
Cobbler goes GREAT with ice cream!

Now, to get started, turn on the oven and let it heat to 350 degrees.  Then, take a glass pan and spread your fruit in the bottom.  Like so:
Secondly, measure out one cup of each ingredient and dump it into a mixing bowl with a stick of softened butter.
Third, use a fork to mix everything together until the texture is uniform.  It should look like this:
The last thing to do is pour the batter over the blueberries and throw it in the oven to bake!

It should take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to cook.  Then all you have to do is spoon it out in a bowl, dip some ice cream on top of it and enjoy!
Oh, please don't forget to WASH your dishes when you are finished!  (Am I turning into my mother?)
