Yesterday I was in a chocolate/peanut-butter sort of mood. These peanut-butter cups were so easy to make. I used some creamy peanut-butter (crunchy would also work), regular powdered sugar, and Hershey's special dark chocolate chips.
-Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until it is smooth and creamy!
-Next dollop a few drops of chocolate into the bottom of the cupcake liners. You may need to drop the pan on the counter a few times to allow the chocolate to spread out into the bottom of the liners.
-Put the liners into the freezer to let the chocolate harden up. In the meantime, mix up your peanut-butter and powdered sugar (I just add the sugar a little at a time until I get the taste I want).
-Take your hardened chocolate out of the freezer and spoon in the peanut-butter pressing it down with your thumbs.
-Dollop more chocolate over the tops and refreeze to set the chocolate, and then enjoy!
