Quinoa Burgers



Ok, so I am really excited to try out a new recipe that I found on Pinterest.  Luckily, it involves one of Cody's favorite ingredients:  Quinoa.

I never knew what this was until a couple years ago whenever Cody first started cooking with it.  It is excellent as a substitute for rice.  Rice isn't really all that good for you; Quinoa, on the other hand, is way better apparently.

So anyway, you can find the recipe here.  I am going to try them out on Friday after we pick up our co-op from Rawfully Organic on Thursday (I'm hoping that a couple of the key ingredients will be in our box).

They just look so yummy!

In other news, Cody has an interview for his very first full time job in a few minutes.  He is super excited about it, and I really hope that he gets it!  We have both been praying about his future a LOT lately.  Hopefully, today we will finally get this particular prayer (for Cody to find a job) answered!
